Collaborating on Files

Morningside: Nonsensitive files can be collaborated with using Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote, or other similar programs. If you have a project that require remote collaboration on sensitive files or data you be a potential candidate to use the Secure Data Enclave for your project work. The Secure Data Enclave is a system that creates a virtual cold room environment. Projects approved for it can remotely access the SDE system to do remote analysis and can work with other members of their project within the SDE environment.

CUMC: There are several options for CUMC file sharing and collaborating, the first is to use the Shared Drive (P:// Drive) to access files from multiple locations or share with other users. You can also share and collaborate on files using CUMC’s SharePoint server, which can be requested from CUMC IT.
