Jondou Chen is a Graduate Fellow at the National Center for Children and Families at Teachers College, Columbia University. A doctoral student in Developmental Psychology, Mr. Chen's research interests involve the intersection of adolescent, moral, and cross-cultural development as well as neighborhood effects on development. Before coming to NCCF, Mr. Chen worked as a program director for a youth center in San Diego, CA and as a homeless shelter director and public school teacher in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Chen graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Intellectual History and from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with an EdM focusing on adolescent development and non-profit management.
