Lily Bushman-Copp has worked as a survey coordinator on the New York City Longitudinal Study of Wellbeing since 2012. She works with a small team to recruit participants, and manage the databases and software systems used to retain these subjects over the two-year study. Lily received a BA in African American Studies from Wesleyan University. Her work has been focused on a range of social justice issues, including economic inequality and reproductive justice. In her spare time, Lily enjoys looking at and making art.
