Supplemental information:

Changes since previous version of MapPLUTO (04C): TaxLot features are now clipped to a shoreline derived from NYCmap data. The field BBL (concatenated field containing the BoroCode, Tax Block Number and Tax Lot Number) replace TBL (Concatenation of Tax Block and Tax Lot.) The field HistDist now contains the name of the historic district the tax lot is located in (if any) rather than an "indicator." The new field CondoNo (Condominium Number) has been added. New Special Districts: HY (Hudson Yards) & WCH (West Chelsea). Dropped Special Districts: FR (Franklin Street Mixed Use District), CC (Jacob K. Javits Convention Center District) & MX-3 (Mixed Use District-3 West Chelsea). Close to 67,000 tax lots had their zoning (zoning district and/or commercial overlay and/or special district) changed during 2005 due to some 57 rezonings that occurred in the city.

MapPLUTO 2007 (Release 06C)

MapPLUTO (Release 06C) is a polygon theme representing tax lots in New York City. This dataset represents a compilation of data from various government agencies throughout the City of New York. The underlying geography is derived from the Department of City Planning's Tax Block and Tax Lot Base Map project. The tax lots have been clipped to the shoreline, as defined by NYCmap planimetric features. The attribute information is the Department of City Planning's PLUTO database application. The attribute data pertains to tax lot and primary building characteristics and information related to administrative and political districts for each tax lot in New York City. The Tax Lot Basemap and PLUTO are derived from different sources. As a result, some PLUTO records did not have a corresponding tax lot in the base map at the time of release. These records are included in a separate non-geographic DBase (*.dbf) table.

Supplemental information:

The new field InstRegion (Instructional Region) has been added. New Special District: MX9 (Northern Hunters Point Waterfront)
